Contract Thioaptamer Discovery
AM Biotechnologies can discover thioaptamer binding agents for your target. We will identify the sequence and dithioate backbone modifications that provide the best performance characteristics for customer-selected targets using our bead-based discovery process.

• Customer provides the target and information regarding special requirements
• AM will select the sequence and backbone modifications that best meet customer requirements
• AM will test the sequences discovered and deliver a small quantity of the best thioaptamers along with the sequence/modification information
• Virtually any customer-specified chemical modification can be used during the selection of the binding agents

Reagent Development
AM develops custom thiophosphoramidite reagents for DNA and RNA synthesis. Our chemists have extensive experience with this unique chemistry and can develop new reagents based upon phosphorodithioate chemistry for our customers. 

Oligonucleotide Production
AM works with synthesis partners to deliver custom oligos with the dithio backbone or other chemical modification. Please contact Sigma-Custom Products for microgram quantities of dithio-modified oligos. Larger quantities are available through our partner The Oligo Factory.
